How much notice do I have to give in order to get a driver?

Normally one day. However, we realize you may not always have advance notice. Our policy is to return your call within one hour to let you know the status of your order.

What should I do if I order a driver for a day but then realize I need the driver longer?

Call our office as soon as you can. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

Is it possible to have the same driver assigned each time one is needed?

The same driver will normally remain on your assignment as long as needed. With regard to future assignments, we will of course attempt to use a driver who has successfully worked for you in the past. Please bear in mind that the driver you request may be on another assignment or simply not be available for dispatch. However, with more notice we have a better chance of filling your request.

When will I be invoiced for your services?

We invoice weekly. The amount of the invoice will be determined by the hours or miles that you have approved by your signature on the driver's time sheet or the driver's log. The invoice is due and payable immediately.

Does your insurance liability cover road accidents?

No. You are the responsible party for providing all necessary insurance on your vehicle and cargo. The driver drives solely under your authority, control and supervision. Please refer to our Service Agreement to help determine liabilities and responsibilities.

What if I need to contact Trillium Driver Solutions during evenings and weekends?

We provide "on call" service for evenings and weekends. Consult your Trillium Driver Solutions representative for details.
